Before pursuing any grant, we carefully review the criteria and assess how well it matches your organization’s goals, programs, and capacity. When needed, we’ll even reach out to funders directly to confirm eligibility. While we can’t guarantee funding—since that depends on funders’ priorities and competition—we’ll ensure your application is as strong and strategic as possible.

Our pricing is based on the scope of work, your organization’s needs, and your budget—we aim to find solutions that work for you. We don’t work on commission or take a percentage of grant awards, as we follow ethical fundraising standards. Funders vary in whether they allow fundraising costs, so our fees are typically covered by you. That said, we’re happy to explore custom arrangements. We also offer flexible contracts—whether you need a one-time project, short-term support, or a long-term partnership, we’ll tailor it to suit your goals.

To write a grant, we typically need information about your organization, project plans, finances, past funding, and your Board of Directors. We’ll guide you through any additional requirements specific to the funder. We also assist with grant reporting to help you stay compliant after receiving funds. While it’s often easier for registered charities to secure grants, we also support non-profits without charitable status and help identify the most suitable funding opportunities for them.
