With Ukrainian heritage deeply ingrained in her background, Nichole has actively engaged in the Ukrainian Canadian community for numerous years.

Nichole has served on the board of St. Volodymyr Ukrainian Catholic Eparchial Camp, led Pysanky workshops, and enrolled her son in Ukrainian language school and dance to pass on their heritage and culture

However, the eruption of the war on Ukraine on February 24, 2022, prompted Nichole and Advocate Fundraising to take further action.

They have not only been instrumental in raising funds for Ukraine but have also played a crucial role in facilitating the resettlement of 12 families seeking refuge in Canada, with Nichole personally hosting one of these families in her own home.

Collaborating with various organizations, both local and international, Advocate Fundraising is unwavering in its dedication to contribute meaningfully to the support and relief efforts for Ukraine during these challenging times.

Nichole ran her annual birthday fundraiser in 2023 dedicating all funds to Ukrainian Military! Here we showcase how easy a peer-to-peer fundraiser can be!

“Nichole from Advocate Fundraising is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is highly professional, deeply strategic, and exceptional at framing a charity’s needs and ambitions. More than that, she is a passionate and tireless advocate for the end-user—in our case, Ukrainian community members in need.

Her dedication to ensuring the best interests of her clients is evident in every aspect of her work. Nichole consistently delivers, meeting timelines with precision, communicating with clarity, and going above and beyond to drive meaningful results.

Simply put, we wouldn’t have achieved the same level of impact and support for newly arrived Ukrainians fleeing war without her. Her expertise and commitment have been invaluable to our mission.”
