Picture this: It's 2014, and Nichole is sitting in a volunteer interview. The interviewer poses the question, "What's your driving force?" Without hesitation, she responds:

"See a need, fill a need."

Nichole’s work with Kids Help Phone (KHP) began in 2014, when she stepped into the role of Volunteer Coordinator for the “Walk So Kids Can Talk” event in Saskatoon.

From organizing volunteers to coordinating entertainment and managing venue logistics, she took on every aspect of the event with care and determination.

She remained involved with the event for three consecutive years (2014–2016), and her dedication was recognized with the Inukshuk Award—a symbol of leadership and service that she still proudly displays to this day.

Her commitment to youth and mental health didn’t stop there.
